These are probably A- Grade cells, but they are rated for 5000 cycles and should last the same as an EVE, CATL, or Ganfeng cell.
They may have been in storage for up to 6months. Which is why they are A- Grade.
WARRANTY IS 3 YEARS
You can UPGRADE the WARRANTY TO 5 YEARS for 5% if you are worried. I am very confident these cells will perform. But a cheap warranty upgrade might be worth it

Envision was ranked second in Fortune’s 2021 “Change the World” list, and was ranked among the Top 10 of the 2019 ‘World’s 50 Smartest Companies’ by the MIT Technology Review. link
AESC (Automotive Energy Supply Corporation) was founded as a joint venture between Nissan and NEC-Tokin to develop Lithium batteries. Seems like a real battery company on the face of it.
Edit:
Envision AESC is a Japanese Corp, and in 2022 signed a deal to supply BMW with automotive grade cells.
